Druidstone hosts a Pembrokeshire Earlies celebration for the new season crop.
Using a variety of our potatoes with our new season Pembrokeshire Earlies as the hero, the Dru created over ten different recipes. Seafood and potato bourride, Pembrokeshire Earlies – dill pickle and fennel top salad and pea and red tortilla to name just a few!
John the chef says he loves working with local producers and keeping all his suppliers as local as possible. Apart from the side dishes everything has potatoes in, he especially loved the smoked bacon and lava bread stuffed potatoes.
