Our firm yet very fluffy baking potatoes do exactly what it says on the tin – they make the best jacket potatoes but can also be used for your Sunday roast or making delicious wedges.
The ‘all-rounder’ – our firm, smooth skinned White potatoes won’t fall apart when the going gets hot, so they’re excellent for boiling, steaming and mashing!
Sweet, thin-skinned Salad potatoes are great all year round, simply boiled or steamed and tossed in butter and herbs.

The crinkly dark green leaves and mild, sweet flavour of our savoy cabbage makes it a favourite for shredding into soups, stews and even risottos. It’s crunchy texture also makes it an ideal accompliment for good old mash and bacon, but it is also just as tasty fried, steamed or boiled.
Crunchy or tender, cauliflower is just as happy steamed, served with cheese sauce or in a tasty curry. You can roast it or stir fry it to – all give excellent results!

A milder onion taste makes spring onions a delicious choice whether cooked or raw in a salad. They are also yummy grilled and great for stir-fries!
