Stir-Fried Savoy Cabbage

Introduction:
Simple yet highly seasoned stir-fried Savoy Cabbage, for quick cooking with an oriental kick!
Ingredients:
- 1 Savoy Cabbage, shredded
- 4 tbsp Groundnut Oil
- 2 tsp Fresh Ginger, peeled & grated
- 2 Garlic Clove, peeled & crushed
- 1 Red Chilli, de-seeded & sliced (optional)
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 tsp Sea Salt, or Spiced Salt
Method
- Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat – add the garlic, ginger and chilli and quickly stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add the cabbage and stir fry for 3 minutes until it just begins to wilt. Remove from the heat, sprinkle over the sesame seeds and spiced Halen Môn and serve immediately.
